Aug. 1st – 5th:  Breath-Body-Mind Techniques for Stress-Resilience and Well-Being at the Cape Cod Institute in MA - I’m super excited to be attending this week-long seminar given by husband and wife team, Richard Brown, MD, and Pat Gerbarg, MD. I had the good fortune recently of attending one of Dr. Brown’s seminars on this topic. I was swept off my feet with enthusiasm and optimism by the end of the day. I believe there is much health, (both mental & physical), to be gathered by learning to utilize our breath and optimizing this incredible life force.
