Losing weight is not just about focusing on dieting and exercising. We’re far more complicated beings than that. I absolutely encourage you to look at the whole you, at everything that is going or not going on in your life. What’s going well; what’s making you happy? Great, keep that up! What’s not going well; what’s actually missing from your world? Time to address that.
