If you celebrate this great American holiday of giving thanks for all that you have and cherish, then Happy Thanksgiving! I wish us all a lovely, warm day with given and/or chosen family and friends. Please surround yourself with love, peace, and wonderful food.
When eating, be mindful about your beautiful body and how it feels with each additional bite. Eat slowly, enjoy your food and company, and keep aware to the healthy sensation of fullness when it arrives.
Acknowledging and respecting your body’s state of fullness, by putting down your fork, keeps us in harmony with the body temple. That is indeed something for which to give thanks!
