Make time to get back to a book you’ve been wanting to read for a while. Yoga, deep breathing, exercise, etc. are all excellent to help to destress. Sometimes though, carving out quiet, alone space to read can bring the ultimate in relaxation and health. Who knows? If you derive pleasure in a good book dive, you may want to consider joining a book club for social connectedness. I’m currently reading and enjoying The Talented Mr. Ripley by Patricia Highsmith.
