Moving your body and keeping in shape is not all about going to the gym, lifting and running. It's also very much about having fun - (which in turn helps to keep your cortisol levels down). And, while moving your body is always important, playing and having a ball is without a doubt a lost childhood, healing art.

There are many ways to play, have fun and not all play involves moving about. Painting, singing, acting, glass blowing, etc. are outstanding ways of being creative and enjoying.  Here is some of what I do to play. How about you?
